Help us understand the issue

Include the workspace name, the steps you tried and any error message. If relevant, include a Playground or job link and a screenshot with private information removed. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens or payment card details.

Connecting an assistant

Choose your workspace and review the requested permissions on the connection screen. Generating or analysing media also needs an approved credit allowance. If a required permission is missing, reconnect from your assistant and approve the requested access.

Revoke connections in Workspace Settings under Connected assistants. An approved workflow budget limits spending on operations attached to that budget; it does not change your account balance.
