Before you start

What does the free plan include?

You receive 250 starter credits once, valid for one month after activation. They do not renew monthly. Each generation’s estimate depends on the model and settings.

Do I need a subscription before creating?

You can start with starter credits without adding a card. Selecting a task opens its guided tool; it does not automatically start a paid generation.

Can I use my own photos and videos?

Yes. Guided tools accept your content. You can also reuse product, character, and place references to guide new generations.

How do I get from an idea to an edited ad?

Explore and generate media in Playground. Inside a Studio project, add Playground media to scenes, arrange the cut, and adjust audio and captions before exporting. The agent handoff starts a project with a brief, script, and references.

How long does generation take?

It depends on the model, duration, and queue. Videos can take several minutes. This page’s previews use completed results and do not represent generation time.

How do team plans work?

Personal plans include a credit allowance. Team and Scale plans share credits and charge per seat, with a two-seat minimum. Review current prices and availability in the app before subscribing.
